Credit card payments are not accepted on Vodafone accounts, but you can pay with a debit card. For alternative options call us on 0151 305 4884.

In order to process your card payment using our secure payment gateway, we:-

  • will NOT store any of your card details
  • will NOT charge a fee for processing your payment
  • will EMAIL you with immediate confirmation, once your secure payment has been processed
Please be aware, should your payment be made by credit card, your card issuer will charge you interest on balances outstanding unless the card is paid in full on the due date.
Your payment will appear as 'Ardent Credit Services Ltd t/a Debt and Revenue Se' on your bank statement.
If you make a settlement payment through this website or via our automated telephone payment line, you must ensure that you contact us via the get-in-touch page to tell us so that we can apply the discount to your account and close it correctly upon receipt of payment.
The balance on your account will be updated within 24 hours.
